Highcon Euclid is the first fully digital cutting and creasing machine for converting paper, labels, folding carton and microflute. The Euclid incorporates Highcon’s patented ‘DART’ (Digital Adhesive Rule Technology) to produce creases, and high-speed laser optics to cut.
Highcon digital finishing removes the design limitations of conventional dies, while simultaneously enabling faster turnaround, lower costs, wider applications, shorter run lengths and reduced carbon footprint. Hi, we have a built in digital stripping option. The Highcon Beam does up to 5000 B1 sheets per hour.

Very nice! A few questions I could never find clear answers on your website: 1- Does any of your machine work with web-fed material, in particular for label production? 2- Is both full-cut and half-cut supported? (for individually cut stickers vs. roll labels) 3- How much is the cost of each creasing plate? And how much time is needed to replace one?
Thanks! Our machines work with sheetfed materials and can do labels. The lasers can do full cut, half cut, perforations, etching/marking as well as creasing. The time to write a new DART foil depends of course on the layout but is minutes rather than hours.

How much does one Euclid cost and is there smaller one like a regular printer.(Home use)
Hi Peter, the Highcon Euclid was designed for commercial printers and packaging converters engaged in finishing for production. It handles sheets up to 42in., 1060 mm, so not really for home use.
